本プライバシーポリシーは、「ChordTap - ワンタップでコード検索」（英語名: ChordTap、以下「本アプリ」といいます。applicationId: com.oukoda.chordtap）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。

本アプリは、利用者が有効化した通知へのアクセス（通知リスナー）および Android のメディアセッション（MediaSession）を通じて、端末で再生中のメディアの曲名・アーティスト名などのメタデータを取得します。取得したこれらの情報は、その曲のギターコードを検索するため、および検索履歴として保存するためにのみ利用します。曲名・アーティスト名・検索履歴を含むこれらのデータは、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、本アプリ自体が外部のサーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
本アプリは、アカウント登録の機能を持たず、独自のアナリティクス（利用状況の解析）を行いません。本アプリが第三者へ提供する情報は、後述の広告配信のために広告 SDK が収集する広告識別子（広告 ID）およびおおよその位置情報に限られます。
本アプリは、広告を配信するために、以下の第三者が提供する広告 SDK を組み込んでいます。これらの広告サービスは、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定のために、広告識別子（広告 ID）、おおよその位置情報、IP アドレス、デバイス情報などを収集する場合があります。
これらの情報の取り扱いについては、各社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリは、以下の端末の権限・アクセスを使用します。
広告のパーソナライズは、お使いの端末の設定から制御できます。端末の「設定」内にある広告に関する項目で、広告 ID をリセットまたは削除することにより、パーソナライズされた広告の表示を制限できます。
本アプリは、再生中の曲名・アーティスト名を利用してギターコードを外部の検索サービスで検索するための補助ツールです。YouTube、Spotify、Google をはじめとする第三者のサービス名・商標はそれぞれの権利者に帰属し、本アプリはこれらの企業が公認・提供・監修するものではありません。検索結果として表示されるコード情報の正確性について、開発者は保証しません。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリまたは本ページ上で掲示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in "ChordTap" (Japanese name: ChordTap - ワンタップでコード検索; hereinafter referred to as the "App"; applicationId: com.oukoda.chordtap). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

Through the notification access (notification listener) enabled by the user and Android's media session (MediaSession), the App obtains metadata such as the title and artist name of the media currently playing on the device. This information is used only to search for the guitar chords of that song and to save it as search history. All of this data, including song titles, artist names, and search history, is stored only on the user's own device, and the App itself never transmits it to any external server.
The App does not provide an account registration feature and does not perform its own analytics (usage analysis). The only information the App provides to third parties is the advertising identifier (advertising ID) and approximate location collected by the advertising SDKs for the ad delivery described below.
To display advertisements, the App integrates advertising SDKs provided by the following third parties. These advertising services may collect advertising identifiers (advertising ID), approximate location, IP addresses, device information, and similar data for the purpose of delivering, optimizing, and measuring the effectiveness of advertisements.

The App uses the following device permissions and access.
You can control ad personalization from the settings on your device. By resetting or deleting your advertising ID in the advertising-related section of your device's "Settings," you can limit the display of personalized advertisements.
The App is a helper tool for searching guitar chords on external search services using the title and artist name of the currently playing song. Third-party service names and trademarks, including YouTube, Spotify, and Google, belong to their respective rights holders, and the App is not endorsed, provided, or supervised by these companies. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of the chord information shown in search results.
The contents of this Policy may be changed as necessary. Any changes take effect from the time they are posted within the App or on this page.
