本アプリは、断食記録・体重などの健康に関する利用者が入力したデータを、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。本アプリ自体がこれらの健康データ・断食記録・体重を外部のサーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
本アプリは、アカウント登録の機能を持たず、独自のアナリティクス（利用状況の解析）を行いません。本アプリが第三者へ提供する情報は、後述の広告配信のために広告 SDK が収集する広告識別子（広告 ID）およびおおよその位置情報に限られます。
本アプリは、広告を配信するために、以下の第三者が提供する広告 SDK を組み込んでいます。これらの広告サービスは、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定のために、広告識別子（広告 ID）、おおよその位置情報、IP アドレス、デバイス情報などを収集する場合があります。

本アプリは、以下の端末の権限を使用します。
広告のパーソナライズは、お使いの端末の設定から制御できます。端末の「設定」内にある広告に関する項目で、広告 ID をリセットまたは削除することにより、パーソナライズされた広告の表示を制限できます。
本アプリは、断食時間の記録・管理を補助することを目的としたツールであり、医療機器ではなく、医学的・医療的なアドバイス、診断、治療、予防を提供するものではありません。本アプリが表示する情報は一般的な参考情報にすぎません。断食その他の食事制限を行う際は、ご自身の健康状態を十分に考慮し、必要に応じて医師などの専門家にご相談ください。本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる結果についても、開発者は責任を負いかねます。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリまたは本ページ上で掲示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in "FastLog (16-Hour Fasting Timer)" (Japanese name: FastLog（16時間断食タイマー）; hereinafter referred to as the "App"; applicationId: com.oukoda.fastlog). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

The App stores all health-related data entered by users, such as fasting records and body weight, only on the user's own device. The App itself never transmits this health data, fasting records, or body weight to any external server.
The App does not provide an account registration feature and does not perform its own analytics (usage analysis). The only information the App provides to third parties is the advertising identifier (advertising ID) and approximate location collected by the advertising SDKs for the ad delivery described below.
To display advertisements, the App integrates advertising SDKs provided by the following third parties. These advertising services may collect advertising identifiers (advertising ID), approximate location, IP addresses, device information, and similar data for the purpose of delivering, optimizing, and measuring the effectiveness of advertisements.

The App uses the following device permissions.
You can control ad personalization from the settings on your device. By resetting or deleting your advertising ID in the advertising-related section of your device's "Settings," you can limit the display of personalized advertisements.
The App is a tool intended to help record and manage fasting periods. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. The information shown by the App is general reference information only. When practicing fasting or any other dietary restriction, please carefully consider your own health condition and consult a physician or other professional as necessary. The developer assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of the App.
The contents of this Policy may be changed as necessary. Any changes take effect from the time they are posted within the App or on this page.
